16th Avenue NW Homes

The nine (9) proposed residential units are separated into three (3) separate buildings on two (2) separate functionally related lots. The three buildings are oriented around a central hardscape.  The the site plan and landscape approach for this project aims to activate and enhance the interaction between the building residents and the right-of-way, creating opportunity for indoor and outdoor connections for a more friendly living environment for residents.
