12th Ave Townhomes

Seven townhouses are grouped into two buildings.  Street facing units have large west facing windows to capture views and perceptively enlarge a compact space.  The neighboring exceptional tree was preserved by locating the common walkway to the south from which the entries to the rear units are accessed from a raised common patio.  Roof decks on all units capture stunning views of Elliot Bay and the Olympic Mountains.
